Skip the Small Talk

Hey

!Using Questing Profile!
Have a problem when the bot wants to finish/take a new conversation with a NPC, (When they have the little Blue * over their head)
It repeatedly keeps pressing the NPC and nothing happens.

Any fix to this ?
Or a way to disable the Small Talk ?
