Hey anyone else Finding it a royal pain in the arse to farm Pristine hide? IF you are farming it swell! share your area with me! lol

The new "arctic fur" is a pain in the ass now. They nerfed the drop rate so its harder to get. My best bet would be to find a area or profile that goes through alot of mobs that are skinable and grind like a madman ).
The only factor the drop rate depends on is mobs per hour so to speak, not the specific mobs. Maybe elites or dungeon bosses might have a higher chance to skin for those things but the bot can't quite grind on that can it?

according to wowhead it seems there are not many skinnable mobs that actually drop it? Pristine Hide - Item - World of Warcraft

i farmed a mob not on the wowhead list for pristine hide for 27 hours, got "1" pristine hide. lol

best bet is to skin a crapload of mobs, turn it into heavy savage leather then trade 10 heavy savage leather for 1 pristine hide.

yea thought of doing that, but 1 heavy savage leather is 220g on my server and Pristine hide is only 1100g tops so Make more just selling the leather
