Skinning Profile not Skinning NCP's after it kills them

I have been trying to get the Skinning profile to work I have. I have the Plugin Lootmaster like it says but the bot Just runs around killing the NCP's and not looting them

Is there a Different Plugin that could help?

make sure tha skinning option is enabled
