Skinning, kills mob and takes off running.

I thought i read somewhere that this problem was fixed, haven't leveled a skinner in a long time.. Bot attacks and kills mob, then takes off running about 10 yards, comes back and skins it. Is there a fix for this, it's super duper obvious that i'm a low down, no good botter.
