Skinning is bugged in HB

Skinning is realy messed up still. I reported this error week back. The bug came after a update way back. The issue is that the bot does not skin the mod. HB can't tell if we looted

ya, i have the same problem sometimes.. it will skin 75% of mobs, then randomly it'll do that...
