Well, HB has been trying to tell you something when it starts up but it looks like you've missed it:
PHP: 
[19:05:16:790] [Singular] Singular currently does not support Combat for this class/spec combination, in this context! [Rogue, AssasinationRogue, Normal]

and then it's full of errors - probably because you're trying to get it to work with a CC that doesn't support your class.

1) You probably should take a look at this:

2) Select a CC that works for your rogue... probably should look in the rogue section:
Rogue

I can't say how good the rogue CCs are, haven't tried one with HB yet.

But once you try that, then give it another shot... and if it's not working as it should, then post a new log.

CC=Combat Class

In few words the CC is the "tool" that will order Hb what spells to use on the Rogue(in your case)
so the CC that comes as default with the Hb installation is called Singular
But in your case it does not support your build

So you have to option,the first one is to change your talent tree to Combat
The second is to use another CC that supports your build,use the link that Kick posted above and check about fpsware's Rogue CC

read carefully the installation instructions on his thread tho
 
What button mate,on Kick's thread above the word "Rogue"is a link,click it
 
okay i dont know what i did but it work now ? he start killing mobs and skin them :O but now i only need i nice profile :) i want to get alot of savage leather
 
you would need to a wow addon such as loot filter, try google it...
he will still loot all the crap but the addon will delete it afterwards if you set it up right
