Singular not self healing restoration druid.

I just got back to botting and am trying to level my Restoration Druid. I have scoured the settings and can't seem to find anything that would prevent this. The bot will heal after a fight, but will die without healing if it is getting beat up.

Please let me know if I am missing something. Thanks in advance.
