I told u be4 that some cds need to be removed from auto cast but you said you were ok with it.@Singular developers and coders
Guys, the newest revision that's on the SVN (646 I think?) has some minor issues that need to be looked into. There are no errors being thrown or anything like that, but when I disable movement, taunting, and targeting then restart HB completely (I check the options in Singular and they are exactly as I set them, so no movement, no targeting, and no taunting) the CC still controls movement slightly by making me stop dead in my tracks completely to target something and cast death grip or a taunt. It still does its own targeting also. I used it to tank on my blood dk last night, and when I got close enough to a hostile it would automatically target it, cast death grip or a taunt (if DG was on CD), would make me freeze in my steps until the cast was over, then proceed with the fight rotation. It would also cast DnD on every CD, even if the mobs were weak enough to be killed with a single melee hit. It looks very unorthodox and makes you seem like you have no clue how to play your class.
What I mean is this:
In Halls of Origination there are packs of troggs that are usually about five or six large, and only two of them are elites. The CC uses AMS, DnD, Bone Shield, Death Strike, DRW, either Rune Tap or Blood Tap (can't remember which), and leaves the group asking why I just used all that when all I needed was to lay DnD and melee. The three our four troggs that are not elite can be killed in one or two standard melee hits by a decently geared 85.
Might I suggest implementing a check for a health pool, or an elite status, or something that will tell the CC that the mob is weak and doesn't need to use every defensive and offensive CD possible. And, if the mob is elite, or has a large health pool, then it might be fighting something big and mean and should use CDs appropriately.
I agree with what you say about cooldowns, however I was referring to raids. I don't run raids on my dk tank. I run raids with my SV hunter. I just use my dk tank for jp/vp farming, and farming for BoEs and DE mats in dungeons. What was bothering me was the fact that even though I turned off movement, targeting, and taunting the CC still did those things regardless. That's why I posted it here in the Singular thread, because I was using Singular at the time. Singular is great for tanking because it's main priority is survival, which is why most use it for questing. I like it for tanking because of the survival it brings. But, I don't like it controlling my movements, targeting, and taunting. The build before this new one didn't do any of that when it was disabled in the CC, now it ignores all settings and does whatever it wants.I told u be4 that some cds need to be removed from auto cast but you said you were ok with it.
there are some spell are power when you used them on the right time and weak when you used them on wrong.
AMS is one of them thats why i removed it from the cc. same goes for DRW.
"Vampiric Blood" and "Icebound Fortitude" will be ok to use by bot since they are cd to safe you ass when you need it and their is no need to safe them for 5m.
anyway Singular has the option to disable and configure these spell.
anyway the rotation for blood dk need to fix 1st there is no BB on the rotation , 2nd the heart strike is used freely without any conditions so for sure it will use death rune when u could use them for death strike.
I hope you weren't thinking I was going along those lines, if this comment was directed towards me. I wasn't. I like Singular. It's great for questing and survivability. That's why I love using it in dungeons. It just bothers me that the prior revision's options actually were followed, but this new revision's options are ignored. Taunting, movement, and targeting are all disabled since I use it with LazyRaider, but even though they are all disabled the CC still taunts, still controls my movements, and still targets by itself.Thats the same point FPSware brought up in his topic, with the farming friendly allinone cc.
You have to keep in mind one thing: this is a BOT afterall. We do a lot of things, arguably maybe more dps with lazyraider than the average jon doe.
We do Dungeons, we do pvp, quests, grind, gather.
I do not think critizing the Standart CC for breaking nuts with a sledgehammer is justified though.
well some changed on settings need you to restart your HB to be aplied. I am sure that you can turn off tuanting, targeting and movement and tbh most of the blood CC are using the same rotation except that singular get a pvp rotation.I agree with what you say about cooldowns, however I was referring to raids. Yes, I've tried setting the options and restarting HB completely ... twice. Didn't help. Also, I like that you can set the health percentage to use Death Strike on Singular, and Singular also uses Bone Shield on every CD. CLU waits and uses it whenever it wants to for some reason. I have to manually activate it while tanking all the time. CLU only does it while out of combat. Trust me, I'm very familiar with saving options, configuring options, restarting HB, etc. I've been using the bot for two or three years now. I can't remember when I bought my lifetime membership to it. I read all the instructional posts and follow them. It's very rare that I do something brainless when it comes to HB. The rotations between the two seems like they're completely different. I haven't opened up the .cs files for either of them to look, but when playing, they seem to play completely differently from each other.well some changed on settings need you to restart your HB to be aplied. Yeah, I've done that already. All targeting and taunting is turned off. I like doing those myself. Also, movement is turned off as well. That's also how I want it because I also use LazyRaider. I like to handle my own movements. So, in summation, all options are set exactly how I want them, and that is with no taunting, targeting, and movement. However, even with those options set, HB being reset twice, and options being double checked and showing how I set them up, it still targets, taunts, and moves my toon. It's as if something was changed between this revision and the one before it.about bone shield in clu it is a lot better now (on my change) but i feel that clu piro the rotation over the medic some time, I am still doing some change to clu and if it does not help I will remove bone shield from medic to the rotation.
and back to singular dont forget for targeting there are 2 options make sure that you disabled both of them. before using clu I was using singluar and it was doing fine when set it to what I want it to do, and that include targeting , movement and tuanting.
anyway before running HB go to settings folder and open the file with your dk name lets say that your dk name is hoppy so the file should be "SingularSettings_Hoppy.xml" edit that file and find
make sure they are the same as the abovePHP:<DisableAllMovement>True</DisableAllMovement> <DisableAllTargeting>True</DisableAllTargeting> <DisableTankTargetSwitching>True</DisableTankTargetSwitching> <EnableTaunting>False</EnableTaunting>

When there are 2 mobs it gives me Blade Flurry, as it should, when it goes to 1 mob around it doesn't cancel Blade Flurry and it remains on
