Since 3.0 bot come, how can I manage armory mystery vender?

Hi, what do you mean by no clickable part? It should look like this.

Could you please try clicking 'Show Expert Options' check-box and tell me what is listed as your server under the Battle.Net API settings page, and if that is the correct server for you?

weird, i cannot see any of those option.

When click Task->Armory mystery vender-> Only thing i can see is top part.

no switch character
no general settings
no gambling slots

hmm.

sometimes General section show up and i click mystery vender again.

general section also gone.

but
KR language setting
therefore, i couldn't see any.

Hmm yeah i suspected, the character switch feature requires that it knows what server you are using to grab a list of your available heroes from Battle.Net, and that part must have failed. :S
