but the issue with people getting banned for the use of combat routines only, remains to be explained, there is no way that can relate to player repports witch then only leave 1 option left, right?

I guess people use combat routines in PVP or raids maily. Surrounded by players that will slowly get suspicious about the amount of spells you cast no human player could ever be capable of. Of course you will get reported if your gameplay is too good to be natural
