Yes you can. It's usually done in Questing. But it's not that simple for "newbies". (Not saying that you are a noob though).


Edit: There's a lot of dungeon profiles on the forums. Use the search feature and you'll find them.

I want to create one myself. Found a spot that instant spawns alot of mobs, so i wanted to aoe them down constantly, and my alt (the one i need to level) is sitting in the back getting the XP.

So basically its not the same as creating a grinding profile in the open world. Thats really easy.


Can you tell me how to do the thing im asking for? or perhaps guide me in a direction so i can read about it ?

I did understand, that you wanted to create your own profiles. That's why you should look on the profiles which already are made.

Step 1 in creating profiles. Dive right in, XML is damn near as close to English as you can get for a language. It works similar to HTML but with custom tags established by HB. You should first know a little bit about coding, then look at other peoples code to see WORKING CODE that you can observe. Don't know what it does? Well if the profile is 100% correct then it'll show you and you can learn.

The other step is, use the wiki. I would link you but they seem to have moved the quick link for me and I don't have it bookmarked on this pc.

Hi, Fragnot,

Be very careful doing that. Its considered an 'exploit' that will get you perma-banned by Bliz whether you are using a bot, or doing it 'by hand'.
