No, this is NOT a post bitching about the HB issues. I've been an HB member for about 2 years and I have had NO issues. This a new expansion, shit broke. Get over it. Stop flooding the forum with complaints. The bot should be up monday or tuesday. If not, LET THEM WORK.

this is a WEEKEND of raiding and lvling and pvping that could be botted -- now it can't -- i'm not wasting real life time on it ... so I do not agree with you - and it's fine to disagree with people -- in my opinion -- they should be RUNNING - not walking or sitting -- RUNNING to their computers to fix the issue. If they can't handle what's going on with the new xpac - just say so and let us look elsewhere?

Hi. I am a new user (bought three licenses yesterday). It had issues when first logging on, during play, and now today it won't log on at all. Since I can't seem to find a thread this recent that deals with it except for the announcement started a few days ago about some inconsistencies in function, I was wondering if it is still going on and if that could be my issue or if I should try to contact seller.

As an added note, my two cents are that a company that charges for their services should be fully ready to back those services up and make sure that all is running correctly. The issue does not seem to be with the game itself, rather with "the servers", which is very much in their hands to do something about.

Hopefully it will be resolved soon, because so far my experience hasn't been stellar with it.

In closing, again, if anyone could reply and let me know if they think I should just wait my issue (Authentication Failure) out, or if I should try to make contact. Sorry for hijacking the thread if in asking it is doing so, but couldn't figure out how to post elsewhere.

Shyoden -- as much as I would like to say the issue will be resolved shortly --- HB doesn't have the greatest track record with fix times since MoP launched - there is an official post saying the problems "SHOULD" be fixed by monday night... so yah if you are going to wait it out ... i'd grab a snickers - it's going to be a while.

Add: I have no issues with the downtime. I just believe they deserve a shit ton more credit then they are getting. I would love you to sit in their seats and see how you would handle it while dealing with a lawsuit against blizzard.

You guys should calm down... sure the bot is not perfect, sure we are having a lot of problems right now... but in a year, if we get downtime of a week or two, in my book its still profit.

Chillax and enjoy the AV weekend, play it yourself and you will see that winning is much better than having a team of 90% botters. :)
