Shutting down in 20 seconds ...how to fix?

my computer OS is windows 7

i was try to fix .. reintall .. net framwork , visual c++

but keep Shutting down in 20 seconds messe..

upload log file , so better to help..

plz.. fine for me..

4days.. i couldn't use..

DB don't work in win7.
You should change your OS to Windows 10.

yep,its recommended to use Win10 atm
