Should we stop botting during the security update ?

Hey, i just thought about it but we could almost use this to bot heavily for 12-18H / day, and if they catch you, tell them you got hacked and press on their security breach !! ^^

The problem is that your botted account tracks down the ip:s you are using. Even saying that your account got hacked while still playing from same IP all time is not likely to get your account unbanned. Basically even with new computer, you are promoted to answear the secret question, I think.

You want to be sure? Well stop and continue playing normaly until next release of HB.

The investigation has nothing to do with botting, there is not a "security update", they were just telling us what has happened. This probably happened because of that virus Ghostcrawler got when he was watching porn instead of balancing classes.

We do not speak is bot detected or not. We speak about some before MoP cleaning Yesterday was 30-40 accounts banned. I get 2 bans. For 1 I still wait for replay. I think I am banned for RAF on both acc.

For me i wont stop botting the last week i lost account with all classes 12 char coz of shitty bot called wowmmic for that each time they ban me i will keep going on botting ;-) now that i know about buddy will never stop botting, for grinding should rudce the time of botting for questing u got no problems that what i think...

Blizzard being hacked has nothing to do with us botting.. It's to totally different things.. Take them tin hats off please...

I dont think botting would be an issue here because there going to be looking for IP changes if the hacker is trying to take the accounts not the everyday actions of the account.

I think that If they have problem - we have problem to. All of you just dont get it? Ok, I am gona explain.This is just mine opinion. Did you ever asked yourself about all those SoR accounts and how they have so many? His database was hacked. They took all the frozen account and took some good money.
Dont forget duped mounts and selling RAF (that is good story to). Did you ever asked yourself how that working? They have problem and become careful. Because of this we have problem to. I say we should be cautious.

Wouldn't work.. They would see it was the same IP the whole time. Unless you're using a ***...

I plan on doing business as usual, blizzard just had several million accounts hacked, they are more worried about THEIR internal security than they are people running bots towards the end of an expansion. Get over yourselves people, Blizz doesn't care about you, just as they don't care about their legit customers!

I think it must be the fact having a Bot amoungst a crowd that disturbs them ... especially the higher risk of report because of more potential spotters

ye true i was questing in uldem had a fucker folowing me he said bot in say chat lol because he couldnt whisper me while he was self a bot i reported his as to because he did to and im stil online and he not i never report people but when i see douchebags ingame that bot and report il do the same they dont scare me away im 30 years not 16 anymore) and with more accounts then they have he trought he could scare me away D
