Should we get a Shoutbawx instead of the Chatroom?

I know we decided to have a Chatroom but imo. a bawwx is alot more flexible as it allows you to browse the forums and chat at the same time without having to keep 2 or more tabs in your browser.
So what do you think?

the chat is fine, the problem is you have people in the chat getting annoyed at users who just want to start trouble or want answers spoon fed to them, recently there have been more users asking for other user's sessions and other users asking for money, its not huge, but better options for users to deal with other users would be more ideal then getting rid of it all together.

Chat is poorly moderated so I've stopped using it. So I guess either is fine heh.

Chat is fine, just getting tired of new users coming in and demanding answers like we are some sort of support staff and then flaming or trolling when you tell them to go to the forums, read guides or simply visit the help desk...

Most of the people on the chat don't mind helping others, but when someone starts trolling the chatroom it ruins everything ._.

Either get us a Chat Admin, or some way of Vote kick and ban from the chatroom for some amount of time!

It would also be alot easier to moderate it if you had a bawx then you could keep an eye on it without having to enter the chatroom

A shoutbox is useless. Nobody reads that crap, it's not "real-time" enough.

I dont like the chatroom. It's either got 30 people in it and nobody saying anything or people acting like twats and nobody moderating the chat. Therefore, i vote shoutbox

I wouldn't mind an irc chatroom.

Or maybe a user that could host a irc chatroom that would be accociated with the site, and go with just a chatbox on the site. I have seen allot of stuff in the chatroom that in general talking has helped me out, as others. Though as of late, I have not had the time to viset the chatroom much, but it does help for regulars and people that are intrested in getting to know others the chance to do so.
