Not sure what you mean, I have updated this for 2.4, Its running about 80-90% on bounties for me. Working version is included with the 2.4 DB beta and available on the sticky and SVNs.

Same - mine ran all night last night and had over 90% success. That is pretty incredible for a same day release if you ask me!

Oh I didn't know you already release it! Does it come with the new DB, or we should head over to a thread and download it?

it is being packaged with DB, however the latest versions will be posted in the sticky periodically and the client will show a notification in yellow when you have an old version installed.
