V pn makes a HUGE diff when your account gets finally banned and you get it back immediately after claiming to be hacked, switch IPs every week or so.

Isn't it possible that switching IPs every week could trigger them to look at your account more closely? I've also been considering using a *** but I am concerned that it would reduce my latency and could potentially raise a red flag with Blizz.

Not really Joker since alot of people play at Lan Cafes or friends houses, sometimes my net drops out and gives me a new IP, I say if your IP changes from country to country, then yes that is what they may look at

V PN doesn't make any difference at that. Claiming to be hacked will work the first time, always, since Blizz doesn't check IPs at all. This is not going by what they say but going by my own experience.
