No plugins detected even after new trinity install

Oh ok i just uploaded it as a file. BAsically this is showing that the newest trinity beta is recognized or whatever... Im not rerally sure what is happening but i am sure it is not working.
I got the new Trinity to install and recognize but for some reason, while doing bounties, I can't get my characters to revive after death. Not sure what I missed or what I changed.
