Shopping LogIn Error

I've been trying to update to Lifetime for a couple of days now. I cannot log into the shopping page. It says my user name and password do not match records. I am using the same name/pw that I use to log into GB. It's working fine, just can't log into the shop.

go at shop page and ask for a pass reset

I asked for a password reset. Followed link. Reset password successfully. Put Lifetime in cart. It took me to login page. Entered name/new pw. Did not match records.
