Shop Password issues

Hi Again

I have tried to reset my Shop Password. I have requested the reset several times and I have recieved no email with the temp password. I have posted a concern here as well as emailed a concern in. I have recieved no responce anywhere plz advice

Yes I checked spam in my email. I have not spammed emails coming from here. I got the email from the forum and I can change my password on the forums with no problem. The problem arises when I tried to change my SHOP PASSWORD, for some reason I am not getting the email with the new password
