Sholazar Basin Motes/Zap Throttle

I was perusing the forums for quite some time last night and couldn't seem to locate a working Engineer plugin for extracting motes within Sholazar Basin (Steam Clouds & Cinder Clouds) I tried a few of the plugins mentioned throughout the forums but they are "inaccessible" to download. Plus they are over 2+years old. I just want to verify that HB does what I need before I go buy the full version.

Aside from that I am loving the interface. Some Eternal Fire would be great while farming Saronite for Titanium xmute :þ
