also receiving disconect notification each time on loading screen, perhaps need to increase a time for when it registers a D/c?

Unluckily this is not a bug but how the WoW API/HB API works. I'll look into it again to find a workaround but can't promise anything.
 
Just want to say this plugin is amazing! But the most stand out awesomness of this plug in is the support Keanu gives with the product! He took alot of time out of his day to work on one issue with me that ended up not even being a plugin issue it was a computer issue!

5/5 stars for the product and 6/5 (yes 6) for support!
 
So i just purchased this and it seems when I open IM+ on my iphone 7 I can see all my alerts/use commands etc - but when its not open, im not getting notifications in any way shape or form.

Notifications are on the default setting within IOS (banners/sounds/badges) and i get none of the above.

Much less useful if I have to randomly open IM+ to check on things every xxx amount of time.

Please advise?
 
It has to do something with a setting on your phone however it's pretty much impossible to support that.
Try fiddling with your iPhone settings and try another messenger.

I just tested my setup. These are my settings.

- I am logged in IM+ and the application is always running in background.
- In IM+ stay connected is set to 1 day.
- In IM+ message preview is activated so that you can see part of the message in your lock screen.
- In advanced settings always notify options is activated.

Please note that the above settings are for the pro version of IM+. It's possible that your problems occur in the free version.

My iPhone settings are as follows.

- IM+ Pro 7 notifications: *Every* switch is turned on.
- Banner is selected as notification style.

I hope that helps to fix your problem.

im using pro as well. Will go over the settings again. Thanks for this. I understand you cant support it if its on the phones end so i appreciate the helpful reply.

It did work for me in the past with the free version on many iphone and ios iterations ago so whatever the hangup is has to be obvious wheni find it.

your using ios10 i assume?

Any other messengers you know of people using for this just in case? (god forbid)
 
Yes, I'm using iOS 10 currently.
You did go through the user guide and you did disable hangouts, right?

You can check XMPP | XMPP Clients out for a list of iOS clients that should support Sharp Messenger.

Hi I've been using the plugin for quite a long time,but recently it doesn't login my gmail account for unknown reasons. Any idea about how to fix it?

Did you change some settings?

Hi, i am testing it now to see if it meets my demands. Everything works great but is it possible to send the messages to more then 1 account ?
 
You have to create 1 Google Mail account per HB instance and then send a message to each one separately from your master (remote account).

Nope, not possible to configure with Sharp Messenger.
Maybe there is a way to forward the message to a group chat or from one user to another but that's not tested and not supported.
 
I think I must be too stupid for this setup. I just spent the last hour trying to figure this shit out but I give up. I don't use google accounts but created one to try this out and just plain give up. The small information given to setup this plugin just isn't enough for someone that doesn't use google services.

just read manual. register one google account for recieve all messages (master) and slave google accounts for bots for sending messages. its very simple. just turn on your brains.
 
Anyone using iOS and IM+ ever run into an issue where it simply stops pushing notifications?

If I open it, all the messages I missed immediately pop up but not getting them real time anymore.

Unfortunately this caused a white knight to report me for botting today as I didn't get his messages soon enough to try to stave off suspicion.
 
Mhm... never faced that before. Notifications are enabled on the phone for IM+?
Maybe there is a time out somewhere in IM+...
