Sharecropper - Sunsong Ranch (Harvesting, cleaning and Planting)

I have tested all the profiles for functionality, Tangles and runty are working with no issues. Please provide at least a "Verbose" log. "Diagnostic" would be better...

I have already changed the profiles to not sell whites. I don't 100% agree with it but meh...
 
The farm had snakeroot in plots 1,2 and 4, and Mogu Pumpkin in 3.
All the snakeroot was picked, the pumpkins was left alone.
When the master plow was used, it ignored ROW 3 because of the pumpkins in plot 3, I guess.

The seeds were used on the pumpkins and on the half plowed plot (4).

I had Tangled Snakeroot in (1,4) and (2,1) ((row, slot), where (1,1) is nearest to stairs).
The bot grabbed them, but started moving very late, so as it started moving, the "grab" fell off.
It tried them several times each, then gave up.

I didn't get a Runty this time, my guess is that it is the same issue as the Tangled?
I'll post another when i get it).

Issues so far based on this run:
1.Plow not used if first slot it sees is planted. You should check all slots if you choose not to pick them all.
2.Used seeds on partly plowed plot, and on a fully planted, grown plot.
3. Failed twice with grabbing and moving on Tangled.

Is there a reason why you don't pick everything?
Is there a way to run the sowing part independently of the picking/plowing part?

If you are referring to the post 12.05.2013...If you are running the Snakeroot profile it will not harvest anything but Snakeroot.

On half plowed areas, the profile checks to see if there is at least one untilled plot, if so it plants.

At that time Runty and Tangles were working fine(HB557) since then they are now as you described, broken (at least for HB563/566, have not checked 57x).

"Issues so far..."
1. It does pick them all if you choose the right profile...
2. If you do not use the profiles for what they were not designed for then yeah...going to plant on grown plants.
3. That is as i described, a change to the Quest Behaviors...still not working. RL getting in the way atm...

I have lost (auto sell) things like: all kinds of various vegetables, shroud of unity and shroud of co-operation, 2x jc mounts like the Sunstone Panther, potions of luck and other various potions, Jeweler's kit, and a lot of cooked well fed food. Luckily I was able to retrieve them all by 'restore items' in my battle.net account. But you can only do this once a month er account. I have learned my lesson and now before using *any* profile, I edit to make sure the values are all 'false' except for gray items and I empty my bags of important stuff (mail to another toon or bank). I finally learned how to edit the protected item list and it keeps growing each day :)

I agree with Chinajade, that it is our responsibility what items we have to sell or keep. This service using Honorbuddy is something that benefits us AND people who create profiles, spend a lot of their free time programming without any benefit of money, are trying to help us.

You can still try and get your items back by using the restore item feature or create a ticket.

Just a reminder...

If you guys have changes you want to see go into Protected Items.xml, please post your desired changes to the [post=727256]Honorbuddy Bug Reports thread[/post], pronto.

Just because Thumped has been so bold as to protect 'whites', doesn't mean that you guys won't load another daily or questing or whatever profile that doesn't. Then you will be angry again when that profile sells your precious goods.

I've already requested two new change blocks into Protected Items.xml for the next drop--one of them was [post=1164417]Sata888's post to that thread[/post].

Toss us the updated entries now, or lose the opportunity.

In the Honorbuddy 2.5.7094.573 release, you should now find an updated Protected Items.xml file.

I'm still getting some issue in the far spot in plot#3... where is the code that gets it to try 5 times per 4? maybe I can tweak it to check there more?

a development thought on that, since you have it running a check for 1 tilled soil in order to proceed, could it also run a check before that for any grown plant and kick it back to harvesting?

also, did you design the odd movement in plot#4 or did you design around it?
maybe we could ask for the mesh to be worked out for exalted players' phasing as all of the farming profiles seem to be developed for exalted anyway.

Depends on what profile you are using, "Harvest and Plow" has a massive amount of code due to the quantity of stuff i am checking then harvesting, the next largest one is Enigma since there are 6 different things to pick, those 2 profiles are not easily adjusted and would require a bit more time than i have while at work to fix...but the rest are fairly straight forward...

I did noticed this morning when running a few profiles, that the bot tries to pick the same plant twice...there is a timing issue there i will try to fix later this week or this weekend

If you tell me which profiles you are having issues with I can add a pick or 2 per plot area at lunch...to band aid the picking issue...

As far as stopping and going back to harvesting...i will put some checks in to make sure it picks everything prior to clearing and planting.

As far as Plot Area 4 (old boulder area) you are correct that is a mesh issue...I will ask again in the mesh thread if there is anything that can be done...

I made a few tweaks to the code...
I adjusted the time to harvest...brain fart on my part, had it a 10ms vs what it needed, 1s.
Added a 6th harvest check...this one will check larger area.
Added a Untilled Plot check right before Planting, if it see an untilled plot it will plow by hand then plant.

If you could give me a log, and let me know what profile you are using as well as what you are trying to harvest sure can help
 
The file you are using will clear the farm of all planted items (well it should anyway), then kill vermin and pull stubborn weeds, run the master plow, then stop there
From the log it looks like it is doing what it is supposed to do...

Try a clean HB install, not Kick's QB's. His Quest Behaviors have altered the most important QB to this profile, InteractWith.cs, when i checked a few weeks ago...
 
I have been using your profile from 2 months now. Thanks for efforts.

But since last HB update, the profile doesn't work and gives following error.

HI, Bubuhubu,

InteractWithEscort.cs is a third-party behavior--it does not ship with Honorbuddy. You should either update it from the source from which you obtained it, or delete it.

That is not a profile issue. It's not even in any of the Sharecropper profiles.
 
Thanks for prompt reply. I have tried on clean installation and it works like charm. So I assume it must have due to couple of discontinued quest behaviour left in HB folder after last update.

One of thing I have notice ( I use Songbell profile), it doesn't harvest 1st and 8th plot in second group of 8 plots. I have tried on few characters and it leaves them unharvested all the time.

EDIT: Thanks Chinajade for your reply. I have deleted all HB folder and have done clean installation. No more errors.
