Shamwow not useing weapon enchantment

i have a level 53 shaman and for some reason it doesnt use wep. enchantment like flametounge/windfury etc..... i have the latest version....heres a Debug log

I would post in the shaman cc forum for support on this as bobby53 will get back to you for sure from there. He is very good about that.
