I get the following error when pressing 'Start' (doesn't matter bot selection). This happens about 50% of the time. Can't figure out any variable in what I'm doing to reproduce regularly.

Hello bobby, no pressure but have you been able to have a look at our problem already?
 
Bobby, you gotta fix your stuff or get a team to help you, especially at the start of the expansion.

As he stated in his OP, this is a hobby for him.
If he decides to let ShamWOW on the side to concentrate on other things (be it LazyRaider, or Real Life), so be it.

Which side of Crispix is crispier? Sorry, but couldn't resist asking an obscure question in response to an obvious one... what? Shaman use totems? I suggest trying the Combat Routine, and if it doesn't perform in a way you believe it should, post as described in the ShamWOW Frequently Asked Questions (post #2 in this thread.) I haven't been able to respond recently as quick as I would like, but know that when I do those with log files and the details requested in the FAQ will get top priority (starting with those from Smashway.) I have a request, whilst Raiding the Tanks have to alternate the Boss any chance you can implement a feature where the BOT auto places ES on the Tank that currently has Aggro From the Boss, not other party members Just Tanks, sounds possible.?

Hi XenonElite! Thanks for the post! It is possible, but I'm not sure its the best thing to do. You can create custom behavior by Disabling Shields on the General tab of Class Config, and then create a macro to Earth Shield the mouseover target so you can swithc and shield whatever character you want, while still leaving the bulk of the healing rotation to ShamWOW. CoreNinja, Thanks for the post. You'll want to close HB, delete the Compiled Assemblies folder (it gets recreated each time your start HB) and then try again. It's a recurring error with the HB compiler and loader. As such, all I can do is the same as ShamWOW users and wait for a fix... Thanks for the post and good luck with your Shaman, Bobby53

Smashway, Unfortunately no. That is at the top of the list, but have a bit going on personally that requires my attention. Also appreciate the /assist to a fellow user reminding them this is a hobby. My apologies for the delay. Bobby53

When i was playing random dungeon today it stopped suddenly to heal the tank or anyone else for that matter =)

Hey Bobby! I don't want to bother you man, but i just wanted to know if you have an ETA for the implementation of the new shaman spells (new healing stream totem, healing tide totem, ascendance, elementals for the healing buff, new dispels, etc). Thanks in advance.

Allright. here goes:

HonorBuddy Mode: Grind
Shamans Location: Pandaria: Yan-zhe River
What should have happened (be specific): It should pull mobs all round itself grinding them.
What did happen (be specific): Runs up to the mob (about 5 yard from it) spams watershield/lightning shield 4-5 times each then starts to cast lightning bolt. meanshile the mob gets tagged.View attachment 75120 2012-10-09 15.29.txt
Computer time of problem or log mark (not realm time): 15.28-15.30

Another question: how do i change it so it always pulls with Flame Shock, instead of lightning bolt. and it should use healing stream / healing tide totem instead of using healing surge midfight. ??

Variz, Thanks for the post and your efforts. You are correct, the BotBase selected doesn't effect it. This is a bug in the HonorBuddy Compiler/Assembly Loader that has been present since its release for MoP. That is the part of HonorBuddy which loads Plugins, Combat Routines, etc. For some reason, it is attempting to load multiple copies of ShamWOW at the same time, which results in a very long list of error messages all containing the text
warning CS0436: The type '...' in '...' conflicts with the imported type '...' in '...'. Using the type defined in '...'"

When this occurs you have to exit HonorBuddy and start again. You can improve your chances of avoiding the errors by deleting the HonorBuddy\CompiledAssemblies folder before starting. My apologies for the issue, but it is something that has to be resolved in HonorBuddy. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Shaman, Bobby53
 
Gibt es eigentlich einen deutschen Guide f?r ShamWoW ? Leider ist mein Englisch nicht so perfekt um einige Einstellungen zu ?ndern. Wenn ich mich in einer Ini befinde, m?chte ich das der Tank automatisch immer das ERdschild bekommt und das ?fter der heilige Regen gesetzt wird. Wo kann ich dieses wie ?ndern?

What should have happened (be specific): At level 1-4 (so far) its casting lightning bolt at ranged targets but then when they enter melee range it is trying to switch to meleeand wont continue to cast lighting
What did happen (be specific): Continue to cast lightning, it has plenty of mana

Effectively in the logs its changing to auto attack rather than continuing to cast any spells, however rather than staying in auto attack it only hits back once the mob has hit me first, can this be changed?

What should have happened (be specific): At level 14 when enter at melee range it stop to fight.
What did happen (be specific): Continue doing normal Hit, no cast, no nothing... :confused:

Hey Bobby,
just wanted to share my LFR experience from yesterday. I did my first MoP LFR using ShamWoW and the experience was Overall good. I ended up third in recount, and the other healers had better gear. I was able to get between 27-30k hps, which is very good. (I had to fire some spells manually, such as healing tide totem or ascendance, because the CC doesn't handle them, but other than that, ShamWoW did the job pretty well).
The only think i'm concerned of is MANA. I'm ilvl 461, (which is enough to get in LFR) and I have almost no mana problems in heroics... But in LFR, I ended up OOM in all three fights. In one of them, I was OOM at 50%, which is not good at all. I think the problem is related to Healing Rain spell. Since Blizzard changed the mechanics, we can no longer abuse of telluric currents to recover mana... I mean, we can not spam healing rain on every cooldown. There is a Glyph called "Telluric Currents", (since it is no longer a talent), but it doesn't give back the same amount... In fact, we have no longer the talent that used to convert spirit to hit rating, so, Blizzard stated that this glyph is more for elemental shamans...
So... perhaps you want to check out the healing rain logic... Don't get me wrong, it is great to top hps metters, but i think it should be balanced with mana management.
Thanks again for this great class, I wouldn't be able to play without it.
