When elemental gets over 3 mobs on him, he just summons a fire elemental and waits it to kill him. If there isnt fire elemental available, then he just AFk and dies.
Also, can you make it able to use healing totems?

Same, im sure that this is not so much helpful without log, but i run on following issues.
1. Pulling non aggroed hostile target:
What is happening-
If character is moving from point A to point B and there is a close hostile target in his way which IS NOT AGGROED, CC will dismount, move to target and pull it with "Unleash Elements" attack.
What should happen -
Nothing, shaman should keep moving on to point B.
2. Issue with dropping Elementals:
What does happen -
If flame or earth elemental totems are dropped, character will just stand there and do nothing, Which result in his death when both elementals expire/die.
What should happen -
Shaman should keep attacking mob with who is in combat.
3. Issue with newly joined mob in ongoing fight:
What does happen -
If character is already in combat and additional hostile mob joins the fight, after killing mob/mobs in initial pull character will just stand there, again, leaving him open to target that just joined the fight, to die.
What should happen -
Shaman should keep fighting. CC routine should effectively detect mob that is joined the fight and keep fighting.
4. Issue with "Save cooldowns for stressful fights"
What does happen -
Even so i disabled Bloodlust, Elementals and Wolfs on stressful fights, and checked them to save them for boss fights, CC will use them anyway on a mob that i one level higher than me.
What should happen -
Shaman should not drop these cooldowns as per settings in CC.
5. Talents which are new spells to spellbook are not detected:
What does happen -
Healing tide totem, Astral Shift and Stone Bulwark Totem are not dropped/used at all.
What should happen -
They should be detected and used by CC and shaman. Its good to add them as a option in "stressful fights" since they are good cooldown. Me, personally, prefer more Healing Tide totem + Wolf's + Ascendance/Astral Shift/Stone Bulwark Totem in stressful fights than popping my elementals, they are really big, shinny and they draw to much attention.
5b. I got a little further and tested all talents that are spells on cast, for instance "Earthgrab Totem" which is new spell with its CD and all of them are not detected nor used. Its also nice to have them added in rotation, specially in "stressful fights"
6. Wrong rotation in CC:
What does happen -
CC uses earth shock before stormstrike, it should be other way arround so shock would benefit from stormstrike debuff on target.
What should happen -
Stormstrike should be used before Earth Shock since Stormstrike increase next earth spell damage.
Correct rotation with Glyph of Flame Shock (which is mandatory for Enhance shamans) is:
Unleash Elements,Flame Shock,Stormstrike,Earth Shock,Stormstrike,Earth Shock,Unleash Elements,Stormstrike,Earth Shock,Stormstrike;
Filing in with Lava Lash with 5 stacks of Searing Flames buff and Lighting Bolt with 5 stacks of Maelstrom weapon.
I have checked logs and monitor rotation during combat, as per log, everything is working as it should be, but i will update this once more when i have log ready.
