Shaman healing on dungeon

Anyone got a problem that shaman healer dont heals tank on dungeon ? only casts riptide

[Singular] Casting Riptide on lead.Paladin.9415 @ 100.0% at 10.2 yds



Over and over...this works well....but if more than one mob attacks he dies. He casts other spells on the rest of group...dont really know why is doing this.
