Shadow priest Mind Flay

There seems to be an issue (among ANY CC's) that doesn't allow mind flay to be cast. This makes botting on a priest, pretty useless. (Especially if you don't have mind spike yet).

Is there a fix for this currently, or coming in the future?

I've tried all the CC's I can find, none can cast mind flay.

I actually have the same problem, have tried every questing cc for priest and sometimes it does mindflay but most of the time it just stands there and heals :/
