need help with getting my bot

I recently download Kickazz profiles to start lvling on my friends serv. When I opened the file for 1-60 ally I just get a internet browser full of some what coding.

That's for example. no do I have to replace <Name> with my ingame charc or what am I suppose to do?? please help me ASAP im going crazy and I have been at this for 3 hours.
