Settings when I log in keep reseting. Please help. it is very annoying

Its been a few months now and since the beginning the very first account i log in to archebuddy works fine.
keeps the settings for my sound, the chat tabs, etc.

every other account logs in and everything is reset. Even though when i change the game settings and it says game needs to restart for the settings to take effect...it always starts reset.

Is there a place where I can go delete something and start it over? how can I fix it so it behaves the same way as the first account?

it wastes so much time to have to set up everything each and every time in several accounts that I switch around.
 
Have any of you tried to log out manually to character select on each char you change settings on and then exit game manually i mean not using archebuddy to stop the client or anything else just press exit to char select screen then once there exit game from the thing at bottom on screen that says exit game.

If so and its still not working then not sure but that seems to work for me sometimes.
 
I believe the problem is at character select. AB can't load settings if it auto-chooses the character slot, so to fix this, in account manager under Character Slot, I put "Not Selected" (I think that's what it's called...the only one thats not a number).

The problem persists. Maybe I did not explain well enough. I have 2 or 3 accounts logged in at the same time from the same computer. The very first AB sign in...regardless what account actually signs in...it will keep the settings just fine.

When I log in the 2nd or 3rd account through AB it does not keep the settings. the sound is out of wack, I have to reset my chat windows and everything else.

That is the problem. When I sign out to character select and manually exit game it will only work like i mentioned above in the very first game session and not the 2nd or 3rd...
I also have the "Not Selected" in account manager for character.

Can anyone please give insight in regards to using MULTIPLE sessions at the same time?
 
I use multiple sessions and my only non-persistent setting is the sound.

Seens everytime i open archeage volume is on 500%
 
I get the problem the OP expresses, and i haven't found a solution for it, i also wish AB would remember the settings for each account/character, maybe in a log file somewhere, having to adjust all the settings each time does get a bit repetitive.
 
I forgot which thread I saw it in, but try changing your settings with AB off (or closing manually and not from account manager). I think settings are erased when you close account with account manager. Do this and have all accounts have "Not Selected" for their respective Character Slot in account manager and the settings should theoretically "save" (you'll have to change settings with AB off again if you want to change them again).

I say theoretically because this is just what I saw in another thread

I found an easy way to fix this after being annoyed with it for about a day or two. Access your volume mixer located on your bottom right of screen (or through control panel) and turn archeage's sounds all the way down. Like this.
