hi , whenever i try to open the settings & tools screen it shows up a white page , but nothing on it ..

anyone else had this problem and how o fix it cause when i load the CC it doesnt do jack .. my toon is doing the quests but as soon as my pet pulls a mob it lets my pet attack(aggressive mode was on .; ) but my toon itself doenst attack .. = no xp
