Setting up a SOCK5 proxy server

I was curious on how to set up a SOCK5 proxy server on a dedicated box I have. It runs windows server 2012 r2.

As far i know you can do that on linux servers

I dont know about windows server

But hey here is something may work

Install virtual box with linux run vpn on it all time << vpn app not ip >>
After that try to make socks5 ips
