Whats the differents between
3 MONTHS 1 SESSIONS
And
3 MONTHS 3 SESSIONS

Sessions just mean how many instances / accounts you can bot on at the same time. So if you want to farm with 3 accounts or just bot on one account at a time that would be the difference.

How do i open more windows to bot more accounts? Or do you need more computers?

You need 3 licenses for 3 sessions ;-)
