Hello, I bought the demonbuddy recently and when I opened the application it appears this error region, what do I do ?

I use the afterburner , geforceexperience and razersypnase ... but I think that these programs are not interfering in demonbuddy because it so appears the error region when I start diablo .

I already used the honorbuddy for many years , so I know how to use correctly the such programs.
