SESSION LIMIT, help

bought HB recently and whenever i go to log in on the program it just says SESSION LIMIT.
i made sure there were none running on my bar and i even cleared my browsers cache, data etc.
i restarted my computer and yet it still just brings up SESSION LIMIT.
what can i do to fix this?

SESSION LIMIT is something that Gatherbuddy puts out , not Honorbuddy
