After 5 min of waiting, logged in, then 2 min working, then this

What i did
1. reset router
2. flush DNS
3. added exception to firewall and antivirus, even tried disabling all of them
4. reinstalled DB, doesn't work.

I have a PC and a laptop. Laptop uses wi-fi, PC uses a direct connecting. Same problem in both cases.

try this

Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter)
Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all.

pathping auth3.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag Auth3.txt
pathping auth2.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag Auth2.txt
pathping buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiag Auth1.txt

Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.
