Session is invalid / software is not authorized to be used from germany

As the title says. I log in and after 20-30sec I get those message and honorbuddy shuts down.
Logs included.

I'm not from Germany btw.

I've also been in contact with my local internet provider, based in Norway, they say that that the ip is placed in Norway by ripe.net.

I have also flushed my DNS to no affect.

My ISP told me that the problem most likely is outdated geolocation services which you guys use. Any idea when this might be fixed? I only bought a months worth of playtime, would be a shame to see it all go to waste.
 
we are on it,its not what ISP told you tho since we already checked that
 
Hi, Snigen,

We understand the frustration.

The only way to tackle the problem on your end is to ask the ISP for an IP address on another subnet. If you do manage to get a new IP, and it manifests the same problem, immediately PM the new IP to Tony, please.

I asked my ISP to give me a new IP adress but this was not possible. Considering I havent been able to use honorbuddy and the fact that no solution to the problem has been given, do I get a refund on the product?

I have no idea. I don't use any proxy atleast, I just use the normal internet my ISP gave me.

Seems to be working again now, I can also use VPN when the problem persists, not ideal but atleast it works.. Is it my ISP that sends my IP through germany ? Because when i downloaded VPN and changed my location it said I was in Germany before I changed it..
