Session is Invalid happens ... more than one time a day

If only it was six. lol, I had 3 running all day and had to relog at least twice an hour and in the last 30 minutes its become out of control.

My bot seems to be down now as well, but I don't know if this is the reason why because I cannot see this from work. I will see tonight, when I get home.
