Session is invalid! - again :-(

Hi Tony,

Problem with session came back. It reminds me problems with auth server.
DB worked perfectly over all the night. But recently I've got disconnects from auth server again.

Here is my log

After first disconnection I've just logged again after while but it lasted only few mins before next disconnection.
 
add an exception in your firewall and your antivirus for DB


are you on a wireless network?

Im not using antivirus, have exception for DB in Firewall.
Im on LAN.
Question... if there is problem within Firewall, wouldn't DB crash every time when trying to connect to DB auth server and not only time to time?
 
Same happened to me 3 times yesterday. One while I monitored the bot, one while I was away and the last time while I was asleep. Lost a lot of farming time :(
 
I am having the same issue. Disconnecting saying session is invalid. Happens several times every day.

Tony this is happening on multiple products, it's most definitely a server related issue - my DB and HB dumb at the same time.. The last time it took almost 10 minutes for me to be able to connect again.
 
If it was a firewall / AV related issue it would block authentication all the time...

Firewalls don't just block a random for for 30 seconds for the hell of it.....

All Buddy teams bots are dropping authentication at the same time though out mutible locations though our the word -

Supports response - It must be your firewall, Not that ah ok how bout you uninstall and reinstall every thing related to our bot and try again... Not that ?? well DOH !
 
I'm very confident it's the DB server's problem. I didn't change my computer's setting at all but suddenly the session problem came out from last evening.
It costs me 2 or 3 minutes to login DB and then the connection drops nearly every 5 minutes. I use YAR during the night but when i woke up this morning, the DB and D3 were shut down maybe very early in the midnight.
In the Chinese Support Forum, the Moderator Joe_ss has admitted that the HK Server has some data problems from 25th Beijing time. So I guess you guys who lost connections to the Eur. Server may has the same reason.
Are the servers being hacked?

Bingo

I have already made exceptions for DB no problem but when there's a ton of people experiencing the issue (including other customers I've shown the product to) and the only support we get is "lol reinstall," this is quite annoying. Didn't had time to set up YAR before I left for an overnight thing, friend told me I'm already sitting in Menus after just four hours or so. I will get YAR working but the above post also doesn't give me too much hope.
 
blaming us and saying we are the ones that need to check our problems is just pure laziness from their end. you don't just get a crapload of people out of no where complaining about A SAME problem.
 
All tony does is copy and paste the same response to everyone. Then when people respond with "I did this but I still have the same problem" he waits 5 hours and says "are u ok now?" -____-

I believe that firewall or AV may cause this to happen in a small amount of scenario probably that is why they ask to get it check first.
Let assume you using some firewall that is bogged down and it cause like packet lost and the auth packet was dropped, it is totally possible for that to happen and buddy software seems to be very sensitive to such thing and the auth key time out and killing the buddy with it.

Why I came out with this theory is once I *** through a server in Sweden and totally forgotten to off it and was running buddy through it. It does experience drop more often dude to the unstable and long latency of the *** server I was on.

I was surfing the interwebs and found a cr4cked version of DB, maybe they're doing some shenanigans to their authentication servers to prevent *****ed versions from working or something like that. Just a theory, nothing more than that.

I've got one more disconnection at 23:48 CEST.
Started bot again at 3:30am CEST and looks fine.

I report these accidents mostly for you to inform buddyauth team, that there is problem again.
