Session gone?

Hi, just brought 1 months worth of Demonbuddy and after I loaded it and changed a few settings it had a "stopped working" error and had to close. And now it's saying I cannot use it anymore.

What's the go here? Did that stop working error seriously just cost me 7 euros? And why is it only 1 game's worth when it clearly says 1 months of sessions?
And what is an unlimited session? Is this a lifetime purchase or only 1 session (so if I exit the game after a night of botting I can't use it again?)

If an admin wants I can PM you the key I was sent, and you'll see the bot was loaded for about 2 minutes before it crashed - Didn't even get to use it.

Hmm after about 10 minutes it is letting me login. But before I continue, and close the game when I wake up, is this a "1 session" or "1 month" purchase?

When DB crashes it still runs in the background so when you try to restart it the auth server thinks you're trying to use your key twice, so you'll get an error like: "Authentication error, max sessions" or something. You can kill the process from task manager which sometimes works, or you can login on Buddyauth portal (Top of page) by creating an account with the email you used to pay for your key. From the Buddyauth page you can see the status of your key and kill any sessions from there.

Basically, eventhough you purchased a "Lifetime" key. That gives you 1 login, and if DB crashes it still sees that login active.

If DB is still crashing though and causing it, please attach logs so we can see whats going on. Link on my signature for instructions if you need.
