hmm,the specific log file shows indeed a session error

do you have an antivirus/firewall enabled?

Avast antivirus, same one ive been using since i joined HB 5 years ago.

However i had this disabled for testing, i also tried windows defender off - both off etc..

So im currently running ping monitors to your EU and SEA auth servers, they both went down for 2 minutes 10 seconds, is that enough to cause a session error?

upload screenshots of your ping tests so we can check them plz

Still happening - not as often on europe but still happening.

Its so annoying!

hmm,i will forward this to the appropriate guy :)

still checking it

the fact you are the only one getting it makes me think its not an issue on our end tho :(

I know, but i have run everything possible to identify the issue but i cant find anything on my end.

It only started with the new key/new hb.

Prior to this never had a problem.

Using Arelog resolves this but shows me the extent of the issue:

so looks like a network issue

Ive logged a ticket with my provider as im on fibre.

They have been running tests for over a week and couldn't find any faults or issues.

Having a look at your connection, I do not see many disconnections at all. If you router dropped its authentication to our radius server even for a second, it would show up in our logs. Here is what we have since around the start of December. Time are ACDT (Adelaide)

First column = Session start time
Second column = Session stop time
Third column = Session length

I would imagine a few of these may simply have been modem reboots or configuration changes in your modem. I am not aware of any NBN Fibre Optic issues in your area. If your program actually runs on a PC, there are other factors involved which may have caused the downtime shown in your PDF.

From our side, I can't see an issue. Hope this helps.
