Server is Busy Cinematic Error

I have been experiencing an issue with AB for the past week or so being unable to connect to the game servers. It will reach the cinematic after the Trion logo and not connect to the realm list. It will hang in the cinematic for several minutes before prompting me with a message saying the server was busy. This problem only occurs if I attempt to login using AB. If I try to login normally via glyph I have no issues. I am currently running the game in a VM running win 8.1. I don't think this is part of the issue as I have been using this vm for months without issue. Could someone please advise!

Its not like that has anything to do with the problem, because i have created new AB's 3 times now and they all do the same thing.View attachment Logs 2.zip

Logs show me that AB cant connect to AA server ip. Maybe something blocks it?

i have problm to enter in archeage us,the game is not enter
need to restar to many time.
not pass to seleter char and end pass not enter the game.

Idk why, but for some reason windows firewall decided it would be a great idea for it to suddenly start blocking AB... Turn off your firewalls and see if it works...

+12 same issue , all of my friends have the same issue about this ,
maybe something blocking it ,
but i already turn off my firewall , antivirus , and any protection on my PC,
but when i tried to get to archebuddy*com . the sites is blocked

1) do you use proxies
2) Logs from you ab log folder.
3) ping results to 208.94.25.45
