Server connection problems

My problem consists in the bot opening a game, tping to act 1 and telling me its stuck.
It tries to unstuck 10 times until it disables trinity unstucker for 12 minutes and magically manages to reach the riftstone and open up a rift.
After it enters it stays still and the only thing BD says is "Could not connect to the server!".

Using v1.1.2573.424, Adventurer 1.0.0.79 and Armory 1.4.0

I attached some of the log files as I dont know in which i let the bot try all the unstuck attempts.

attempted to help him through teamviewer and was unable to correct the Trinity auto unstuck
he is also experiencing Cannot connect to server.
Netstat show zero connections attempted to contact a server
he has all C++ Redist X86 X64 & .nets
also disabled firewall
IPV 4 /6 enabled

hope this issue is figured out , im very curious also to soluton/problem

Are you able to ping dbnav.buddyauths.com? If that succeeds, try "nslookup dbnav.buddyauths.com" as well.

It looks like there are devices along the way that are filtering or firewalling you from getting a reliable connection to our server (as evidenced by the several request timeouts). Unfortunately this is not something we can easily help you solve - I do see there are several devices along the way (in the 10.* IP range) before the requests make it outside your internal network. This is where you will need to look to diagnose the problem.

Routers, switches, firewalls and so on. I'm assuming you are not managing this entire network yourself, so you probably need to find some of the network admins and ask for support.
Do you have any other devices you can try the same tests on? For example a laptop. That will rule out any possibility of it being a software problem.
