Serious question - do the devs actually play Diablo with Demonbuddy?

As the title says - do the devs play with the released builds?

I ask for several reasons, but the primary one I see is anytime anyone has an issue, the only "solution" and I use that word lightly, is to post a log. Post a log. Post a log....and then zero follow up once they do.

If Tony or any of the other developers played for 10 minutes they could see that Greater Rifts are actually working pretty great right now, but that bounties, salvaging, looting, FPS, pathing and all that are seemingly broken.

I say all this, as a long-time supporter of Honorbuddy, which worked pretty flawlessly for me...so it's a big surprise as to how broken and how many complaints there are here, basically daily.

Just my two cents - don't think I'll be renewing unless some major changes happen with pathing on bounties and the other issues I discussed above.

I am totally agree with you mate , tony and the team always ask log log log, but this kind of faulty can be easily found by them so i assume they already knew it .
They should not charge the money for this kind of faulty software , at least they need to test it and sell .
This make me feel they only want money .

I would not renew at all until they fix the problem .This is so sick . the people who has not buy the key yet , please dont buy it yet ,or its just wasting money .

No, I'm talking about the released build. There just seems to be a disconnection (hence the two days to get a reply from anyone associated with the dev team) from the players(those who pay for this app) and those *supposedly developing it. I say supposedly because there doesn't seem to be much regard to actually fixing it. I mean, WE PAY FOR THIS. Having it work at a level that doesn't require constant attention or re-starting, or having to post another damn log(that goes unnoticed) doesn't seem like an unreasonable request. So, to my point, I don't think the devs, including Tony, actually play D3 at all. If they did, and they used DB, there would be actual fixes and responses, instead of "hey, post a log". Here's a clue - the issue isn't on our side Tony. Our computers are fine and have been. Actually log into a game. Load up HB and give us your actual experience. It's not good right now. Fix this crap.

I got a question is , after i purchased the key i found this post , so you may let people know before they pay .
2nd. so many people got same issues you may already generate enough income to hire someone to look after trinty etc , not just taking people money and doing nothing.
If the release build or beta fist day come out, we can understand , but it s like few weeks and months .

so use our money to fix your programme , not just taking but also giving mate.

So you're answer is no, the devs(including you) don't play...which makes sense, given the terrible state of the bot and the abysmal customer service around it. It's unfortunate really, given how great honorbuddy was, it actually warranted the money spent. This was a waste of money and time and sounds like it will be for foreseeable future.

I care and you should too, that the bot is terrible right now. But you don't realize how bad it is, BECAUSE YOU DON'T PLAY. Keep deflecting though.

you can always make your own bot in case you are not happy with DB and the development plans of it
