Yup I'm franco and can confirm this, I did literally twice the amount of healing as the next person in an RBG today, I don't know if they were all baddies but 1800 cr so not that low.
The routine is amazing if you're having problems it's either
1) you're not set up lazyraider/bot right
2) You['re not reforged properly... Try mastery in RBGs and Crit in arenas.
Richie i ll test the CR again but Im pretty sure it's not using cascade T_T. I'll let you know
The latest you got when ran some RBGs.
It should use when there are at least 3 ppl below ~80%

Would you mind posting a screenshot of your settings? I'm having no luck with this right now in Arenas. In RBGs it seems to do fine, but in Arenas it tries to hard cast ALOT.
I'm on it. But I still can't see the attached log file...
It could help to know which spell is getting spammed.
i did a weak ago and you said u already knew the issue and its gona be fixed soon

The Heal output is pretty awesome but i getting pretty fast oom in rbgs^^
What MMR are you playing at and what other healers are you running with?

Still no update? My guess is that the errors occurs somewhere in the estimation of the Shadowfiend cooldown.

I haven't played for the last few weeks due to personal issues, tried the routine again in arena and just gotta say, thanks for the updates, I can definitely tell a big positive difference from now and 3 weeks ago, for example:
Mana issues are gone
Healing output/cd management much better.
SW and Holy word chastise successful more often.
Do try to fix cascade/divine star when you can but yeah, awesome, thanks for your work.

BTW The Routine is pretty Good i like it very much.
Last RBG at 1750 or smthng i realized at the point that i needed to heal the Carrier i had a few probs to get him top vs 3 enemies idk why^^ so i needed to heal a bit by myself with big heals
But anyways a rly good working Routine!
