Sent Blizz MSinfo with honorbuddy

so I was on the support chat with a Blizz rep for a tech problem I was having. Anyways, I hadn't used
Honorbuddy in a few months and thought I deleted it from my PC but evindetly I still had it, and I didn't realize til I checked the MSinfo after I sent it. He didn't say anything about it at all, so I'm honestly wondered how screwed I am. Do you think he noticed it? He said the problem was my curse client.

There is still no prove of you using it, since when is ot illegal to have programs on your computer when its unrelated. If they have prove they will ban you though.

But then again, this is blizzard, they can ban you without any reason.

You'll be fine, heard of others who've made the same mistake and nothing happened to them. See it this way: It's not the tech guys job to catch you botting. It's his job to solve whatever problem you have and then continue solving other peoples problems. He probably thought it was funny, but as long as he ain't a complete dick he wont take it any further (because that's most likely outside his job description).

It's not definitive proof you are botting. They have to see your account using the bot or bot like behavior before they can ban you. Having a botting program on your computer means nothing because you might of forgot about it and used it 5 years ago. You might be flagged to be watched so I'm not sure about that part.

i am pretty sure the presence of a bot is a violation of the ToS.

I myself once tested there "Why are you cancelling your subscription system" - and I explained I was tired of botting, and I explained in details when I had botted, what bots I had used etc... - 2 years later account still works fine.
