Selling gold tips

Hey Boys & Girls. first off all i want to say that im new here and im not sure if i did post this topic on the right place.

I have kinda loads of gold in stock atm and want to sell it. the question is, WHERE should i sell it? Where do you sell it and how much do you get paid? i only get 7 dollar per 10k, and want abit more. anyone have any tips? Please say where you normaly sell and how much they pay you

People usually reply to threads like this by saying "do your own research" ..private buyers usually yield the most cash per gold though.

that price is okay.
You wouldn't find a better price by gold buyers. Maybe if you ask at a good time you will get 1 $ / 1k

i think sometimes u need to "play your game" with those gold buyers, not only say "yes ok for 0,7 for 1k gold ", i can not say how i do to take always 1dollar every 1k gold....but be wise, sell your idea before your golds to the buyer and you can rise the price...
and personally i think everyone here has his own way to sell golds, just make yours and it will be fine m8.

Got to love the positive responses.

You didn't say if you were EU or US, as that seems to make a difference in the price of gold. As for where to sell it, you need to find a company you can work with that may be willing to negotiate a higher price the longer you do business with them. Of course finding private buyers may be a way of selling at a higher price, but you would need to build a relationship with them as well. As mentioned it will depend on the demand of the server, is there more buyers than supply or vice versa. There are just too many factors in selling and getting the best price.

As you google buyers of wow gold be sure to follow up a search to see if the company has scammed anyone and so on

I'v been offered 0.8$ per k but i sell privately for about 1$ per k.

Dose depend on server i heard eu get less than us.

I sell to a few Private buyers. I have built a great relationship with them and still get $2-$3/k (Depending on the person) and if I need to "dump" excess gold, I have a gold broker that will buy it for 1$/k But this is all from long term relationships I have made with the people.

Several of My customers will IM me saying "There's a [EPIC ITEM HERE] on the AH.. I want it!" And I'll buy the Item, Trade it to them, and they Paypal me he cash value of the Item. I feel this is a bit safer than trading gold. But who knows...

Tip... Start with your guild. Talk with them on Vent, IM, or Guild forums. Say something to the effect. "I need to get rid of some gold. I have too much! Anyone wanna buy some?" That's how I built most of my customers. I am a member of 4 large guilds on 3 servers, and have a fairly large customer base..
