Depends on how you look at it.
Lets say u are farming Herbs/ores 17+ hours a day and post on auction house.
Someone keeps buying ur stuff, and notices u post allot - > Adds u on friend list ( multiple reasons ).
Sees u online for long periods of time, not answering his whispers.
Then yes, you'll probably get flagged soon.
