Selling all items in bags while you level up

I quit playing WoW for about 8 months now and everything seems new to me again.

My question is: While I am leveling up how do I get it to sell everything? I don't want him to keep basically anything because none of the stuff while leveling up is important. Besides maybe a rare purple and even those don't really sell at all. Sorry if this has been answered before or this is in the wrong section of the forum but it's been awhile. Thank you if you can help :)
 
I went into the default folder and right clicked Horde 12-58 and typed into find Protecteditems (nothing was found) then I tried Forcemail (nothing was found). Am I in the wrong spot?

EDIT: BTW I didn't download your profiles from your SVN. I'm using your profiles that came compiled with the latest HB release because I read in the notes that they finally made them together. Should I just download from your SVN and not use whatever came compiled with HB?

When I go under main folder, there is 30 files / folders? That's really specific, I see.
 
both files are under main folder not in a subfolder
 
Can you do this: HonorBuddy -> Default Profiles -> 1-85 Questing Profile Pack -> Etc untill you reach the file I need to edit. Thanks!
