Self Cast Spells Bug - Paladin Might affect other classes

Running Lazy Raider and Singular CS.
Anytime the Pally wants to self heal it can't target self. Furthermore, if I'm solo and Buff is set to Auto it cycles Kings and Might, incessantly. Mid fight it wants to cast sacred shield but can't target self. I get the mouse hand w/ blue glow every time. Please help

singular is not completely updated for use with level 90+ characters. its going to take time for them to finish writing rotations for all specs and classes for level 90+ to be supported properly.

Suffice to say, it was working prior to the latest release. Is there an HB issue with self targeting for spells?

no one else has had this issue. make sure your not running any wow addons or and i would try resetting your wow settings back to default.
